Our return policy is simple: "If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased within 30 days of the date of invoice, return it in NEW condition with all the original packing material, instruction books, and warranty cards, and we will give you full purchase price credit towards another product."

You MUST return the item just as you received it from us, with all original packing material, blank warranty papers, and all instruction books.

Items not returned in NEW condition, or that is missing packaging materials, will be accepted for returned with a 20% restocking fee. Full purchase price credit does not include shipping and handling costs.
