Carlisle Camera’s Repair Center is able to accommodate most brands of still, video and digital cameras, as well as flashes and lenses. We feature a highly trained technician and large inventory of diagnostic equipment and repair parts. Any service we are unable to complete in-house will be forwarded to our network of qualified repair facilities.
What is Our Estimate Fee?
The estimate fee is waived if the repair price is approved. If a needed repair or required parts are no longer available, or if an estimate is declined, the following charges will apply. Return shipping charges are included.

What is the Typical Completion Time?
Pre-approved repairs normally will be completed in 2-4 weeks from the time the items are received. Please contact us at Repairs@CarlisleCamera.com or 717-761-9383 for pricing and availability.
What is the Warranty on Repairs?
- 35mm SLRS’ and point & shoot cameras - 6 months from when the repair is shipped back.
- Medium format and other professional equipment - 6 months from when the repair is shipped back.
- Digital cameras - 90 days from when the repair is shipped back.
Please note: Warranties cover parts and labor of the repaired components only. Signs of impact or other abuse such as moisture or sand intrusion will not be covered by the warranty. Replacement batteries are not included in repair estimate. Please check the appropriate box on the Repair Order Form if you would like us to replace your weak or exhausted battery.
What Should I Check Before Sending My Equipment for Repair?
- Please verify that the camera, flash batteries are good and that the battery contacts are clean. Please test camcorders with the AC Adapter if a problem is power-related.
- Please verify that the problem is repeatable and not a one-time occurrence.
What Items Should be Included With a Repair?
- Please send items that are related to the symptom to be diagnosed.
- Do not send camera straps, cases or filters.
- Please remove film and memory cards.
- Include original receipts if warranty service applies.
How Will My Equipment be Returned?
Return shipping will be via UPS Ground Service. A flat rate of $7.95 in the continental United States will be charged for up to ten pounds. Higher weights and multiple packages will be billed at actual UPS rates.
How Will I Pay for My Repair?
A valid MasterCard, Visa or Discover card. No charges will be billed to your card until the completed repair is shipped back.
